Returns Policy
At Absolute Badger, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Return Period
Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return
Returned items must be:

• ⁠Unworn and unused
• ⁠In their original packaging
• ⁠In a resalable condition

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Socks, due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued for the item cost only and do not include original shipping charges.
• ⁠Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
• ⁠All refunds are made to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

• ⁠If the item is faulty or incorrect, Absolute Badger will cover the return shipping cost.
• ⁠A return label will be provided upon request.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
• In the instance that a product is exchanged, Absolute Badger will cover the cost of postage for the new item (once the previous has been returned) for UK orders only.

How to Initiate a Return

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or click account.absolutebadger.com, and then request a return.

Sign in to your account:

In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store. If you would like to exchange the product for a different size, please add a note to specify this.

Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions (and a return shipping label if your order qualifies). After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Alternatively, you can email us directly at hello@absolutebadger.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions and a return label if applicable.
