Absolute Badger delivers to the following locations: UK, European Union, Australia, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand & USA. Apologies if your country is not yet available, further locations will be added as we expand.

Please be aware that all international (outside of the UK) orders may be subject to additional import taxes on receipt of goods.

Returns Policy
At Absolute Badger, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Return Period
Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return
Returned items must be:

• ⁠Unworn and unused
• ⁠In their original packaging
• ⁠In a resalable condition

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Socks, due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued for the item cost only and do not include original shipping charges.
• ⁠Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
• ⁠All refunds are made to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

• ⁠If the item is faulty or incorrect, Absolute Badger will cover the return shipping cost.
• ⁠A return label will be provided upon request.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
• In the instance that a product is exchanged, Absolute Badger will cover the cost of postage for the new item (once the previous has been returned) for UK orders only.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please email hello@absolutebadger.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions and a return label if applicable.
